Coins are awarded only after a transaction has been completed and settled, and only for transactions made using your Magenta Pay card.
Transactions that do not earn Coins
You will not earn Coins for the following transaction types:
- Cash withdrawals (all types).
- Card top-ups (debit, credit, or prepaid cards), whether issued by Telekom Payments or any other financial institution.
- Payments to payment accounts, whether within or outside Telekom Payments.
- Full or partial repayment of a card balance issued by another financial institution.
- Money transfers (incoming and outgoing).
- Loan repayments.
- Cryptocurrency purchases.
- Gambling and betting transactions.
- Transactions with public sector entities, including:
- Municipalities.
- Chambers of commerce and professional associations.
- Public and private legal entities.
- Payments of government obligations and taxes.
- Social security payments (e.g. EFKA).
- Transactions that have been disputed by the cardholder.
Important
Transactions made using Pay with Magenta Pay are not eligible for earning Coins.
Telekom Payments reserves the right to:
- Amend the terms and conditions governing the collection of Coins.
- Exclude additional transaction categories from the Coins rewards program at any time.
