Your Coins remain available in your account, as long as they have not expired, and you can use them through the new redemption options.
To redeem your Coins:
1. Open the Magenta Pay app.
2. Go to the "Coins" section.
3. Select "Redeem".
4. Choose one of the available options: BOX coupons, GERMANOS/COSMOTE TELEKOM coupons.
5. See how many Coins are needed and confirm your choice.
You can also use your Coins for an immediate discount on COSMOTE bills or What’s Up renewals, through the "Payment with Magenta Pay app" option in the Telekom App or the WHAT’S UP App.
