If you've lost your card, you can easily manage it from the Cards section in the Magenta Pay app.
Freeze your card
If you think you've only misplaced your card, you can enable the Freeze Card option.
While your card is frozen:
- No transactions can be made using your card.
- You can unfreeze it at any time through the Magenta Pay app if you find it.
Report a lost or stolen card
If you're certain that your card has been lost or stolen, select Report lost/stolen card.
Once you do:
- Your card will be permanently cancelled and can no longer be used.
- You can then proceed with ordering a new card through the Magenta Pay app.
