For greater security in your card transactions, we recommend you to do the following:
- Do not write down your card PIN anywhere and do not share it with anyone.
- If you change your PIN, avoid using details such as birthday dates, phone numbers or other details that someone can easily think of.
- Your card is personal and you should not lend it to anyone else.
- In physical card transactions, protect your PIN from prying eyes.
- During contactless transactions, keep the card in your hand.
- In electronic (eCommerce) and telephone (MOTO) transactions, ensure the credibility of the merchant to whom you share your card details such as card number, expiry date and three-digit code (CVC2).
- In case of loss or theft of the card you can immediately freeze or cancel it from the payzy app.
