How to cancel/delete your card:
- Go to the "Cards" section.
- Select the card you want.
- Go to "Settings".
- Click "Cancel Card".
What happens after cancellation:
- The card will no longer be available for use.
- You can see it in the card folder, at the top right corner of the "Cards" section.
Attention:
- Deleting the card is permanent and irreversible.
- The same card cannot be restored or added again to your wallet.
Important for issuing a new card:
- If you delete a card twice consecutively, you will need to wait 7 days before issuing a new one, for security reasons.
- You can issue a new card with a different number from the "Cards" section of the payzy app.
Use with Apple/Google Wallet:
If you have added a new card to Apple/Google Wallet:
- Make sure to remove the old, canceled card from your device's wallet to prevent any possible use of it.
