f you have lost your card or it has been stolen, you can cancel it immediately through the app by selecting the “Report loss/theft” option.
Steps to cancel your card:
- From the home screen, go to the “Cards” menu and then open “Settings.”
- Select the “Cancel card” section.
- In the confirmation pop-up window, tap “Cancel card” again to complete the process.
Your card will be cancelled immediately for security reasons and will no longer be usable.
