How it works for Magenta Pay Visa Debit Card transactions
When you make an online purchase using your card, you will receive a push notification on the mobile device you use to log in to the app.
Through the app, you will be required to complete a security check and then you can:
- Approve the transaction
- Decline the transaction
Transaction approval
If you approve the transaction:
- The payment is completed successfully
- Your card is charged with the corresponding amount
- The merchant receives the payment
Transaction decline
If you decline the transaction:
- The payment is not completed
- No charge is made to your card
