You can easily pay a utility bill through the Payzy app by choosing one of the following methods:
Option 1: Scan barcode / QR code
If your bill includes a barcode or QR code:
- Open the Payzy app.
- Select “Pay bills”.
- Scan the barcode or QR code shown on your bill.
- Check the displayed details (amount, organization name).
- Select “Complete” to proceed with the payment.
Option 2: Enter RF code manually
If there is no barcode/QR code or it cannot be recognized:
- From the main Payzy button (action button), select “Pay bills”.
- Enter the electronic payment code (RF) and tap “OK”.
- Enter the payment amount and select “Continue”.
- Review the bill details (amount, organization).
- Select “Complete” to finalize the transaction.
Useful tips
- Make sure the bill details are correct before completing the payment.
- If scanning fails, use the manual RF code entry option.
- Ensure you have sufficient balance in your account before proceeding.
