Magenta Pay Missions

Magenta Pay Missions are a way to earn Coins through your everyday transactions. The more Missions you complete, the more Coins you collect.

• First payment with Magenta Pay: Earn 500 Coins the first time you select Magenta Pay as your payment method in the WHAT’S UP app.
• Purchase at GERMANOS or Telekom: Earn 100 Coins for every purchase of €30 or more at a GERMANOS or Telekom store.
• Telekom or WHAT’S UP payment: Earn 50 Coins for every payment made with Magenta Pay through the Telekom app or the WHAT’S UP app. You can complete up to 5 Missions of this type each month.
• Transfer money to Magenta Pay: Earn 50 Coins every time you transfer money from your bank account to your Magenta Pay IBAN. You can complete up to 10 Missions of this type each month.
• Invite a friend: Earn 100 Coins for every friend you invite who completes their Magenta Pay registration.
• Order through BOX: Earn 10 Coins for every order made through the BOX Delivery app, up to 350 Coins per month.

To earn Coins from the “Telekom or WHAT’S UP payment” and “Transfer money to Magenta Pay” Missions, the payment or transfer must be at least €0.50. Smaller transactions or transfers do not earn Coins.

2% cashback in euros on Magenta Pay payments for MagentaONE subscribers

• What you earn: 2% cashback in euros, credited directly to your Magenta Pay Wallet.
• Who is eligible: You must be an active MagentaONE subscriber with a fixed-line service.
• Which transactions qualify: Bill payments, such as fixed-line, mobile or internet bills, and balance top-ups.
• How to pay: Start the payment through the Telekom app or the WHAT’S UP app and select “Pay with Magenta Pay”.
• When is the cashback credited? After the payment is completed successfully, as described in the promotion.

Not every Magenta Pay payment qualifies. You must have an active MagentaONE subscription with a fixed-line service and make an eligible payment through one of the apps listed above.

2% Magenta Pay cashback on QR Code payments at Magenta Pay spots

• What you earn: 2% Magenta Pay cashback under the Magenta Pay rewards programme. If the merchant (Magenta Pay spot) offers its own cashback, you may also receive it, subject to the merchant’s terms.
• Where is the offer valid? At businesses listed in the “Magenta Pay spots” section of the Magenta Pay app.
• How to pay:
  1. Open your phone’s camera and scan the merchant’s QR Code. When the Magenta Pay app opens, tap “Complete”.
  2. Open the Magenta Pay app, tap “Magenta Pay” on the home screen, select “Pay with QR”, scan the merchant’s QR Code and tap “Complete”.

To receive the cashback, you must complete the payment by QR Code at a Magenta Pay spot. Any cashback offered by the merchant is set by the merchant and may be subject to separate terms.

NEO — double the GB in your plan

If you switch your mobile service to NEO or activate a new number, you can double the GB in your plan, subject to the promotion’s terms. To qualify, select your Magenta Pay card as the payment method.

What’s Up top-up — Platinum Token

Earn one Platinum Token every month in Reload it when you top up your balance online with at least €13 using Magenta Pay.

Telekom card top-up — double bonus

Earn double bonus when you top up your balance online using your Magenta Pay card.

FROG top-up — double bonus GB

Earn double bonus GB when you top up your balance using Magenta Pay.

Promotional campaign: Magenta Pay Contest — 5 coupons worth 5,000 Coins

What can you win?
Five winners will each receive a unique Magenta Pay coupon code worth 5,000 Coins.

When can you enter?
From 21/10/2026 at 00:00:00 until 04/11/2026 at 23:59:59.

How do you enter?
Use the contest banner in the “With Magenta Pay, you win” section of the Magenta Pay app:

1. Make at least one transaction with your physical or digital Magenta Pay Visa card, or through the “Magenta Pay” option in the Telekom or WHAT’S UP apps.
2. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
3. Tap “Enter”.

Each eligible transaction counts as one entry. The more eligible transactions you make, the more entries you collect.

Which transactions are excluded?
Transactions that do not earn Coins are not counted. Transactions made using an RF payment code or QR Code are also excluded.

When will the draw take place?
On Friday, 06/11/2026 at 11:00 a.m.

How will you know if you’ve won?
After the draw, the winners’ names will be posted in the Magenta Pay app. Winners will also be notified by SMS and/or newsletter within one business day of the draw.

How do you redeem your coupon?

1. Open the Magenta Pay app.
2. Go to the “With Magenta Pay, you win” section.
3. Select “Coupons”.
4. Enter the unique coupon code you received.

Once redeemed, the 5,000 Coins will be added to your Coins balance immediately.
