How can I synchronise my contacts in Magenta Pay?

If you didn't sync your contacts during registration, you can do so at any time from within the Magenta Pay app.

Syncing your contacts makes it easier to find friends and other users when using features such as Chat & Pay.

Sync contacts from Chat & Pay

1. Go to any section of the app where you can search for users (for example, Chat & Pay).
2. Tap Sync Contacts.
3. You will be redirected to your device's Settings.
4. Grant the app permission to access your contacts.

Sync contacts from your Profile

You can also sync your contacts from your profile:

1. Go to Profile.
2. Tap "Mobile Contacts in Magenta Pay".
3. Grant the required permission to access your contacts, if prompted.

Once the process is complete, your contacts will be synced, allowing you to easily find other Magenta Pay users who are already in your contacts.
