If it’s been a while since you last changed your password, you may need to update it for security reasons. At payzy, we always prioritize the protection of your account — so if you haven’t changed your password in the last 6 months, follow the steps below:
Create a new password
Select the “Create new password” option from the app.
Enter your current password
Type in your existing password for verification.
Set a new password
Enter the new password you want to use. Make sure it is different from the last two passwords you have used.
Confirm with a code
You will receive a 4-digit code (OTP): on your mobile phone and in your email. Enter the code to proceed.
Complete the process
The password change is successfully completed and you will see the message in the app: “The password has been successfully changed.”
