If the spare change from a transaction made with your payzy debit card was not saved to your piggy, please check the following:

Sufficient Wallet balance
At the time of the transaction, your Wallet needed to have enough available balance.
If the balance was insufficient, the spare change could not be transferred to your piggy. -
New saving attempt
If your current Wallet balance is now sufficient, a new attempt to save the spare change will be made with your next transaction using your payzy debit card.

Check the selected card for “Spare Change Saving”
Make sure that you have selected the same card you used for the transaction for the “Spare Change Saving” feature.
To check this:
- Go to the settings of the piggy you want
- Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner
- Under the “Spare Change Saving” section, you will see related text where the word “card” appears in bold. From there, you can confirm or change the selected card.
