I would like a refund for a purchase I made with a Magenta Pay card. What should I do?

If you wish to cancel a transaction you have made, we advise you to send a written cancellation request to the merchant from whom you made the transaction. If, for any reason, a dispute arises with the merchant, then you can submit a dispute request.
