f you lose the smartphone on which you had the Magenta Pay app installed, we recommend that you immediately sign in to your account from another device and change your password.
To change your password, you must have access to both your mobile phone number and the email address linked to your account.
After that, remove the lost device from your account:
Go to your Profile.
Select Security Settings > Device Management.
Select Remove next to the device you want to delete.

After losing or having your device stolen, it is important to act quickly to protect your personal data and accounts.
Report the incident
If your device has been stolen, report it to the police as soon as possible. The incident report may help in recovering the device and can be used as official documentation for insurance or other purposes.
Lock your device
Android: Use Find My Device to locate, lock, or remotely erase your device.
iPhone: Use the Find My app or iCloud to enable Lost Mode.
Protect yourself from scams
If you receive unexpected calls or messages asking you to unlock your device or share personal information, ignore them and do not respond. Keep the device in lost mode until it is recovered.
Contact your mobile provider
Inform your mobile carrier so they can deactivate your SIM card and, if necessary, block the device’s unique identifier (IMEI).
Change your passwords
If you were signed in to email accounts or other important services, change their passwords immediately. Also check that email forwarding has not been enabled without your consent.
Review security settings
If you use two-factor authentication (2FA), review your settings and remove the lost device from your trusted devices list where applicable.
Remove the device from social media accounts
Sign in to your accounts from another device and log out or remove the lost device from active sessions.
Inform friends and family
Let your contacts know about the loss of your device so they can be cautious if someone tries to contact them pretending to be you.
Notify your insurance company
If your device is insured, report the incident to your insurance provider and submit the police report along with any other required documents.
