If you've forgotten your password, you can easily create a new one through the app.
To reset your password:
- On the login screen, select "Forgot your password?".
- Enter the email address you used when you registered.
- Enter the 4-digit verification code sent to your email.
- Enter the mobile phone number you used when you registered.
- Enter the 4-digit verification code sent to you by SMS.
- Create your new password and select "Continue".
Note: If you don't receive the verification email, check your Spam/Junk folder. If you don't receive the SMS code, make sure you're using the mobile number associated with your account and that your device can receive text messages.
