If the person who wants to send you money is a Magenta Pay user, they can find you by entering your mobile phone number, nickname, name, or email in the “Chat & Pay” section.
If you have enabled your profile to be visible to other users, they can locate you and send money instantly. Otherwise, you will need to provide them with your full name, your Telekom Payments IBAN (which you can find in your Magenta Pay wallet), and your BIC/SWIFT code, so they can complete the transfer to your account.
How to find your IBAN and BIC/SWIFT:
Go to your Wallet from the main menu and tap the three dots in the top-right corner of the screen.
Then select “IBAN Information”.
