You can change the email address associated with your account from the Account Details section. The change will be completed once you verify your new email address using a one-time verification code (OTP).
To change your email address:
- Go to Profile > Account Details and select "Change email address".
- Enter your 6-digit security code.
- Enter your new email address and your Magenta Pay password.
- Enter the 4-digit verification code sent to your new email address.
Once the verification is complete, your new email address will be updated on your account.
