How can I change my mobile telephone number?

To change the mobile phone number linked to your account on Magenta Pay, you will need to complete a verification process using a one-time password (OTP).

The phone number change is completed only after you successfully confirm your new number.

Steps to change your phone number

1. Go to your Profile and select the “Account Details” section.
   Then tap “Change Phone Number.”
2. Enter the 6-digit PIN code you have set for your account security.
3. Enter your new mobile number and your Magenta Pay password.
4. Enter the 4-digit OTP code that you will receive on your new mobile phone.

Completion of the process

Once the OTP is successfully verified, your new mobile number will be registered and the change will be completed.
