In the case that you make a payment with the payzy card in a currency other than the euro, you should know that the exchange rate is calculated by Visa and your account will be charged with the exchange rate that applies on the day the transaction is settled, not the day the transaction was made.
If you are expecting a refund from another currency, be aware that the amount refunded may differ from the amount of the original payment. This happens because the exchange rate will be recalculated at the moment the merchant's bank issues the refund.
