How do I transfer money (bank transfer) to another account?

For money transfers to another bank account within Greece or abroad (SEPA), select “Transfer” from the “Wallet” section.

Then follow these steps:

• Enter the recipient’s details, such as first name, last name, and IBAN. For international transfers, you also need the recipient bank’s SWIFT/BIC code.
• Enter the amount you wish to transfer, provided you have sufficient balance in your wallet.
• Optionally add a reference or note for the transaction.
• Review the details and confirm the transfer using Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).
