If you are experiencing inappropriate behavior from a user, you can report them, block the conversation, or adjust your profile privacy settings.
1. Report a user
You can report a user so that our support team can review the issue.
Steps:
Go to the user’s profile or open your conversation with them. Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner. Select “Report user.” Choose the reason for the report and tap “Submit.”
2. Block a conversation
If you do not want to continue interacting with a user, you can block the conversation.
Steps:
Open the conversation with the user. Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner. Select “Block conversation.”
3. Profile visibility settings
You can control who can find and view your profile.
You can choose to allow only people who have your phone number saved in their contacts to find you, or you can make your profile completely unsearchable so that no one can find you.
