How to request money from another user in Magenta Pay

You can easily send a money request to another user through the app, either from the home screen or via chat.

Method 1: From the home screen

1. Open the app and tap the central Magenta Pay button.
2. Select the section “Send / Request money”.
3. Choose “Request money”.
4. Select the user from your contacts or search for their name.
5. Enter the amount you want to request.
6. Tap “Request” to send it.

Method 2: Through chat

1. Open your conversation with the user.
2. Tap the money icon.
3. Select “Request money”.
4. Enter the amount and confirm the action.
