In Chat&Pay, you can easily block a conversation from the conversation’s options menu.
How do I block a conversation?
To block a conversation, follow these steps:
- Go to the conversation you want to block.
- Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner of the conversation screen.
- Select the option “Block Conversation”.
What happens when I block a conversation?
When you block a conversation with a user:
- You will stop receiving notifications for new messages from that user.
- The conversation will be moved to your blocked conversations list.
Where can I see blocked conversations?
To view all your blocked conversations:
- Go to the Chat&Pay home screen.
- Open the menu by tapping the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner.
- Select the “Blocked Conversations” section.
