In Chat&Pay, you can easily manage your blocked conversations. Below you will find instructions on how to restore or locate them.
How do I restore a blocked conversation?
To restore a blocked conversation:
Open the conversation you have blocked.
Send any message inside the conversation.
The conversation will automatically return to your Chat&Pay list.
How can I view all blocked conversations?
To view all your blocked conversations:
Go to the Chat&Pay home screen.
Open the menu by tapping the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner.
Select “Blocked Conversations”.
You will then see the full list of blocked conversations.
Alternative access method
You can also access blocked conversations through the same menu:
Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner of the screen.
The available options will appear, and you can navigate to blocked conversations from there.
