In Chat & Pay, you can cancel a money request whether it is a request you sent to another user or a request you received from another user, as long as the transaction has not been completed.
Cancel via chat
You can cancel the request directly from the chat:
- Open the conversation with the user
- Locate the money request
- Tap the “X” next to the amount
- Confirm the cancellation
Cancel via notifications
You can also cancel the request from the notifications section:
- Go to the app’s home screen
- Tap the notifications icon in the top right corner
- Find the relevant money request notification
- Open it and proceed with the cancellation
Important note
If the money transfer has already been completed through Chat & Pay and approved via biometric authentication, the transaction is processed immediately and cannot be canceled.
